Check in and Registration begins

6 p.m.
Social Hour + Welcome
Head up to the breathtaking Main Lodge where we’ll have music and drinks to launch the social hour before having dinner.
Tiki Lounge, Main Lodge. Cash bar.

 

7 p.m.
Cocktail Reception Dinner
We’ll get set to launch the weekend in a fun way! We’ll have delicious dinner stations and servers on hand throughout so that it’s a great way to catch up with girlfriends in the gorgeous dining room. Cash bar.

8:30 p.m.
Restorative Yoga Class
Want to start your weekend off right? Head over to the quiet Garden Room (back entrance of Ice Cream Shop building) to relax your body and mind with this restorative class to ease your way into and out of the weekend. A combination of breath and certified pure essential oils will aid in relaxation. Please bring a blanket or towel + your mat. Open to everyone

Other nightly options:
-The pub will be open until with live music.
-Head back to the cabin for some serious catch-up time with your girlfriends.

Early-morning Yoga
A flow-y hatha yoga class to welcome the morning and to start your day off more connected and limber. All levels welcome. Bring a towel or mat.

9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Spa Services Available all day

The spa services are offered by various providers. Cost: Manicure $35; Pedicure $45; Reflexology $45; Massage $75. Learn more about Spa Services.
Manicure and Pedicures will be hosted in the Ice Cream shop
Reflexology and Massage appointments will be hosted in the Waverly Cabin

  2. Pilates (Garden Room)
  3. Sketch Note Lettering Workshop (Alford Room)

Select one of the following four options

  1. Boot Camp: Cardio and Plyometrics (Meet outside Ice Cream Shop)
  2. Wine Appreciation and Pairing (Alford Room)
  3. How Not to Pee Your Pants and Other Socially Awkward Pelvic-floor Problems (yep, we’re offering it twice – Tiki Lounge)
  4. Down Time

 

12:30-2:00 p.m.

2:00 p.m. (varied ending time)
Session #3 Begins
Select one of the following four options

  1. Create your Own Pillow Cover Workshop (Alford Room)
  2. Quit Mom Dancing and Start Grooving: Cardio Dance Mix Class (Chaffey’s Lock Community Hall – just around corner from Opinicon)
  3. Hot Yoga Class (Garden Room)
  4. Down Time

 

3:00-5:00 p.m.
Pop-Up Market: Head over to the Ice Cream Shop and take in some great items for sale from hand-selected makers and creators.

4:00-6:00 p.m.
Chill Time: Take this time to wind down from a potentially busy day. Ideas include: Take a nap, book a spa service, check out the grounds, catch up with girlfriends, read by the lake, catch a drink at the pub, etc.

6:00 p.m.
Cocktail Hour
Tiki Lounge, Main Lodge
Come and recharge after a fun day! (Cash bar)

 

7:00 p.m.
Dinner Served: Enjoy a full-out buffet dinner crafted and prepared by the Opinicon’s master chef, Angela. You’ll access three courses within the meal and will include a ton of options, including gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free and vegetarian. Cash bar.

8:30 p.m.-you fall down
Dance Party: Clear the floor! We’ll host a dance party set for you that evening where there will be no judging, plenty of yoga pants, and just good times. Cash Bar
