When does registration open?

 

We’re going to open registration In November 23, 2017. Sign up for our email subscriber list to be the first to know when registration opens!

 

How does the booking work?

You’ll register by booking a cabin for your group.

When you figure out how many people are coming in your group, then you can book a cabin based on what fits best for your group.

For instance, if you’re a group of eight, you can select either the Pinyon, Balsam or Tamarack cabin. Your group will then assign a cabin group leader. The cabin leader will then pay the $300 non-refundable registration deposit to secure your fabulous weekend away! The remaining balance for the group will then be due by March 1, 2018. Once registered, an email will be sent to the group leader for next steps.

We decided to book by the cabin rather than by individual. Otherwise, we’d be juggling to make odd numbers fit, and it’d be tricky to determine how to place people (and possible strangers) together. #awkward

By booking by the cabin, you’ve put yourself with the people who you want to spend the majority of your time with – and that will make your weekend experience that much more amazing!

How much do we pay at registration time?

 

A $300 non-refundable deposit for the cabin is due upon registration, and will secure your group’s cabin!

One person from your group will pay this deposit. We’ll then touch base with your group leader to finalize final payment steps.

Who then pays the deposit?

One person from your group will pay the $300 non-refundable deposit.

What if I have some girls committed, but not a full cabin's size?

You can do one of two things: Book the cabin, and then try to fill the remaining space(s). Alternatively, if you don’t get that extra person/people, those staying in the cabin would split the remaining cabin cost.

For instance, if you have 5 people committed right now, you’d book a cabin for six. Then find that sixth person to commit, or split that last person cost to complete the cabin rate.

What if I'm an introvert and the very thought of a Dance Party terrifies me?

 

Here’s the thing: You get to pick how you spend your time this weekend. Even if your entire cabin goes to the Saturday night dance party, and the thought of going makes you shudder, then you stay in, crack open a book and have ‘me’ time.

This is particularly important if you’re an introvert who has already expended a lot of energy earlier in the day.

So…no being guilted into doing activities you don’t wanna do. Simple as that.

 

 

What if I'm flying solo/a cabin size doesn't fit my group size?

 

Then reach out to us, and we will do our best to see what we can do.

 

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

 

The $300 deposit is non-refundable. The second installment payment is due by March 1, 2018.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your $300 retreat registration deposit is non-refundable and transferable. What this means is that if you are unable to attend the retreat, you cannot get a refund on the initial deposit and must notify us of a cancellation by February 28, 2018. No cancellations are allowed after February 28, 2018 at 11:59 PM EST. Alternatively, you can:

  1. Give your retreat spot to someone else.
  2. Sell your retreat spot to someone else (Please notify us if this occurs)
